Re: Knee injuries

Hey, ZN.

I am on a track team and our coach, who is from Ireland, just had a training specialist talk to us about PEP last weekend after our cross country practice. This research parallels what PTs have been having me do for years. In fact, I just saw the team doctor on Wednesday, and she put me through several strength / balance drills while keeping me focused on the alignment of my hips.

My problem hasn't been knee injuries, but ankle and Achilles ailments; it's all a part of the kinetic chain.

How can NFL teams reduce ‘alarming’ rate of ACL injuries?
