Ya, I've been there and made my mistakes. It's also why I made the comment that in some things there are no second chances. That's been life for as long as either you or I have lived it. And if you have kids/ grandkids playing the game, you see the age these " 'hancements " come in to play.
You lead or you follow.
It is a shame for him. But this team is built on the backs of players like this. Guys that make the wrong decisions. It needs a new direction. And if it were me installing the culture, the time for loyalty, the time for team, the time to show who you are would be now.
There would be no exceptions.
It's how "We not Me" becomes reality and not a screenprint on a shirt.
