You put to much blame on Fisher

If u remember early on in his tenure the Rams offense was decent with Bradford at QB and Jackson at RB. The collapse happened after Shotty left and Fisher started hiring TE coaches to run the offense. So he didn't single handedly wreck the offense like some want to use as an excuse. But Goff has a ton to prove imo.
