Nowhere to be seen. Which is unheard of in these type of shows. The GM is always a big part of Hard Knocks. Steve Keim was central in last season's All or Nothing for the Cards.
Has anyone spoken about why this was? Has the media queried it? Clearly someone made a decision about this.
Snead reports to Demoff and they are close. This is something Demoff is controlling for the most part and its not out of the question that Snead himself would prefer to fly under the radar.
I don`t buy into this strictly being the film`s directors editing and narrative choices, although it can play a small role.
Regardless, I don't see this as a big deal. I just think Snead specializes as a talent evaluator and Demoff believes his presence is better kept behind closed doors for the most part. Snead isn't your old classic polarizing GM type figure. There are a lot more hands in the pot with some NFL organizations (like the Rams) these days, and there are some GM`s out there that are limited in power as opposed to others.
