I'm basing my 8-win prediction on the conviction that we've got the right QB, the right defense, some promising draft picks to sharpen the O, and an excellent potential (if untested) coaching staff in place.
If some of all of the above convictions fall short (and that appears to be PFF's prediction), 4 wins is entirely reasonable.
