I don't blame our 4-12 record on our high spending.
The point is that we are a terrible football team DESPITE spending the 3rd most in the league.
That means we are giving big contracts to bad players. Which would presumably be Snead's fault.
Well, that's a different conversation then, ramble.
I believe that our '16 woes largely (not completely) began and ended with the coaching staff.
And that issue has clearly been addressed. Lol.
