The second they drafted Everett I happened to click on an interview he gave at the senior bowl. He was about as impressive a guy as they've drafted recently just in terms of his throughtfulness and focus. And I don't mean flashy, vain intelligence. He just has the kind of mentality, smarts, and focus you want. And yeah I think it's true of all 8 of them.
There's not just one word for it. It's not just "smarts." It's that plus a whole set of other positive mental attributes.
