There is not very many teams in history that have dominated the league and won a super bowl having the highest paid DT on their roster.
Exactamundo!!
Its not necessary and the great organizations don't do it. Especially for a DT that doesn't cause turnovers and is a petulant kid.
It doesn't take big balls Florida...
just common team building sense.
True... I only meant BB's because the backlash Demoff/Snead would get from the media frenzy for trading him unless it made perfect sense for the teams involved.
Tons of Rams fans and many in the NFL media circles think that AD walks on water and his career so far is off to a HOF start. (and he only turned 26 today)
DOB 05/23/1991Finding a willing trade partner could be a gigantic task.
1.) It would have to be to a team that is willing to sign him to the richest DT contract in history.
2.) Would it require 1 or 2 starting players under 28 from the team interested and a 1st round pick in 2018? I have no idea what his trade value is but I think it would have to be for a young player/s and a draft pick/s.
I can't imagine just trading him for draft picks only? His value would command some hefty draft capitol if no players were involved.
You would think GM's would shy away from that unless they think Donald can put them over the hump to win a super bowl this year or next etc.. Tricky Trade to pull off but still a small possibility..
It only takes one team/s to be interested so I'm not naive to think Snead won't put out a few feelers if AD and his agent get ugly and put his contract needs above the team.
I just have gut feeling Demoff /Snead are going to give in without much of a fight because of all the recognition Donald has league and media wide.
Would be a wild ride if a trade was pulled off.
