You don't have to participate in anything strenuous where you risk injury but show up for your mates and the new regime.

Be a friggin leader or at least show that you are making strides to mature and be a leader for this team.

The young guys coming in look up to you and some have even pattered their games after yours...SHOW UP!

Practice time is limited as is.

No one player should be above the team nor should a non-qb consume that much of a teams cap.

TRADE HIM!!

It would take some BIG BALLS to trade him laram.

I agree though that a non-QB on the roster with a contract that consumes that much cap space better damn be winning some of the games practically by himself.

I know Donald has dominated since he's been in the league and he's not doubt a freak of nature specimen at DT.

My question is how many games can anyone recall where AD has carried the Rams on his back and pretty much won the game for them late in a close game when a desperate sack or turnover was needed?.

We know Von Miller has taken over games early and late when it most counted which is why the Broncos broke open the vault for him.

I know they play different positions on defense but Miller has that rare take over the game late/closer intangible on his resume.

I'm intrigued to know what Donalds Trade value is? We know what his market value is... Probably going to surpass Von's contract.

Like most everyone else, I'm expecting the Rams to offer Donald a smidgen more than Von Miller got.

Von Miller signed a 6 year, $114,500,000 contract with the Denver Broncos, including a $17,000,000 signing bonus, $70,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $19,083,333.

In 2016 $25,100,000
In 2017 $17,000,000
In 2018 $19,000,000
In 2019 $17,500,000
POTENTIAL OUT: 2020, 4 YR, $78,600,000; $3,400,000 DEAD CAP PENALTY
In 2020 $18,000,000
In 2021 $18,000,000

I love Donald but there is not very many teams in history that have dominated the league and won a super bowl having the highest paid DT on their roster.
