Something I've noticed about McVay.

He tends to include almost all names in a given position group when commenting in a presser. He seems to want to leave no one out.

However, we seldom see effusive praise for any player, do we? Is it a technique for inducing greater and greater effort? I think so.

Kupp is the only player that he's praised at all, really. And even then it was pretty mild. Certainly no backflips.

McVay's pressers are different, huh?
