Delayed..............Hmmmmmm.
Smells to much like the NFL........Smells like $$$$$$.
My Theory........"Delay" the construction 1 year. Why? Because you want to make sure that the shovel is in the ground for Las Vegas Raiders. Make sure they are in too deep to back out of that deal in the desert.
Then, Bam!!!! The Chargers CAN'T SURVIVE in that small stadium for 3-4 years. Therefore , instead of "going broke" they move back to San Diego to keep from losing a boat load of cash. Plus, the NFL gets exactly what they always wanted. Super Bowls in sunny San Diego, Ca.
Rams are solo in the new stadium in Los Angeles.......Raiders are not in L.A......Chargers are back down south......NFL is making it's $$$$$.
