One thing for sure.........He will be back on ALL KO'S and PUNTS......He needs to earn his keep on ST's, that's for sure.
Now, offensively speaking, McVay has a very tough task.
1. Figure out how TA fits in the offense.
2. TA needs "new plays and formations" each week so defenses do not know what's coming.
3. TA needs to catch the ball, period. McVay won't put up with WR's dropping passes. Heck, he played WR in College, so he's going to be tough and demanding on that position.
4. One more point about TA..........He has the game breaking speed that you can't coach.......His ability is off the charts when he's in the open field.
McVay has his work cut out for him to find out how TA fits in this offense.You can't take snaps away from Goff and the offense just to run a "Funky Play" because TA needs to get touches. TA is going to have to get his touches at WR.
