One by one McVay & Snead are stripping away Goff's excuses for 2017. Maybe this will be his coming out party.
It seems to me that they are taking away all excuses for the offense. They hired great offensive coaches, replace 2/5 of offensive line including LT, they added FA WR + Drafted TE and 2 WR. They have a full offseason with Goff.
Goff will need to show significant growth I agree but they have done about all you could ask for in getting this offense going and making Goff successful. Don't get me wrong I love what they did but they own all of it and the expectation is that they will have at least a top 20 offense if not better. We are still young but the coaches need to take all that into account.
