If Goff takes a big step up and shows that he's the franchise guy they anticipated then we move up significantly. If not, then its all semantics, we will continue to stink.
Not all on Goff....having a reliable LT is HUGE, having WR's who can actually CATCH is HUGE and having a coach that seems to grasp what an OFFENSE actually looks like in the 21st century is another KEY to turning this offense around. Give Goff a comfortable pocket and recievers with hands with competent game plan will almost guarantee he will step up and be the franchise QB they drafted him to be.
I'll say they finish somewhere in the 18th to 10th range in this first year, but will be top ten offense in 2018 and beyond.
