I would consider Mangold an upgrade over Sullivan....he might still be holding out for more money then people are willing to pay him, but it you could get him on a cheap low risk contract I'd bring him in.

He can keep in shape and wait until a team is desperate for a center due to injuries. Which could be later in the season or he can be reasonable.
I could see the Rams signing Mangold and moving Sullivan over to guard. Nothing wrong with quality depth.
