McVay is no dummy. He knows one thing is for sure, Goff is the future of this team.

Get him guys that can catch. Get him in shot gun formation. Let him operate like he did in College.

This years team will be light years better than last years team................McVay and Co. are going to turn this thing around fast, Why? Because they will coach the players like NFL players.
