Yes, and it wasn't just that. There were many factors at work in 2016 collapsing the offense. It's not just one factor. It included the OL players regressing as individuals too. (Though not all.) And that's just TWO of many factors.

2016 was a perfect cluster storm of different causes, some of which were completely unique to 2016.

It's a long list too.
