No body usually is.
The idea that someone publishing a grade should get compassion over their blatant and self assured projection 5 years later is just amusing.
You cannot grade a draft until the players play and develop and the team either gets better or worse.
The idea that there is a Grade suggest there is a standard.
Its like a multiple choice quiz saying you must choose only the correct answer and yet the key for each answer is changed out for each tester making different answers right depending on who is choosing.
This is a popularity contest where the judges who try and mock the draft then pat them selves on the back if the picks they favored are selected where they surmised.
Look if a team could be flunked so can the grader.
