A hot take draft grade from a kid with a blog might be useless.
The aggregate of professional knowledge and assessment is not useless. And without exception so far, every professional grade I've seen offered on the Rams draft this year is in the C range. It is useful, much more useful than no information at all or throwing up your hands in the air almost hoping that nobody knows anything because you don't like the answer you're getting.
It is not perfect information or a guarantee. It's just information and it's useful. Whether you choose to use it or not is a different matter.
Most of these grades are strictly opinion based and pure entertainment.... That was the point. A true grade shouldn't be given til three years after the draft at minimum.
The one I posted just happened to be the first one that popped up when I googled "2012 draft grades" and thought it was hilarious about what the guy said about the Russell Wilson pick.
Most of the grades given are based on Kipers and McShey and Mayocks big boards...85% of the grades are from people who have no clue what the difference is between the 50th rated player and the 300th....other then that's how Kiper rated them.
The draft is very much an inexact science and grading it is even harder.....I saw a grade today on some site I can't remember and the gave grades for each day of the draft. We some how got a C for day one...lol
