What can't be compared is Everett's athleticism and playmaking ability against Kendricks. THAT is definitely apples to oranges.
I guarantee you the Rams didn't draft Kendricks to be what he wound up being. And that they resigned him was foolish. He was just not worth resigning. Offered very little. And that's why he was cut with time left on his contract. Way too limited.
