It was pointed out here before when people freaked over total size of the contract that it was really only a two year, $15MM deal if the Rams want it to be.
Of course, the other factor here is that Woods is not the complete knucklehead that Austin is. Woods actually brings positives to the table beyond on the field statistics. So, Woods is going to be much easier for the team to keep around even if he's not lighting it up after a couple years than Austin will be.
