Not saying he can't be good; he was a man among boys in HS...... but he doesn't fit Ryan's profile
and it's also kind of beside the point. All LBers do *some* things that are similar or may have similar size, but this kid is projected as a guy that can play the Rams Sam or Will spot, where he's a OLBer in base and a DE in sub (nickel/dime). Ryans was projected into the pro as an inside or middle backer, not a "edge" player, though he, I am sure played outside in college. It's just two different kinds of players. But it's the son of Bum thing that was a head scratcher
