Really? You compare this kid a DeMeco Ryans and say that Wade Phillips got his DeMeco Ryans, as if Ryans was ever a key piece in any Wade Phillips defense and you counter with "And they drafted him in a 3-4 defense, so...."
I think you better check the film, you'll see that the Rams drafted an edge rusher (not someone who is going to be a Mike or Mo) something DeMarco never was.
He blitzed from the Mike position and he played in coverage.
I was obviously wrong on the timing of him playing with Wade but he's a very similar player.
