Stand up at dinner and sing your college fight song.........Other than that, hazing is overrated IMHO.
But, in College we did a "Rookie Show". All the new players had to put on a show for the veterans.......Pretty funny and a great way for the new guys to "ham it up" in front of the vets..........All in fun.....Only one night and a ton of laughs.......Great way to do it.
