But more important than that..........You need to know WHAT you are coaching and WHY you are coaching it. To me, that's where McVay excels, based on his former players and coaches. The guy knows the game.
IMHO.......This team is going to sky rocket up very fast......It's not going to take "YEARS" to turn this around.
