its true that he did not have a great year last year (like i think everyone on the team not named britt), and also true that he may be overpaid. however even based on last year alone it is very clear he is better than average; and based on 2015 much better than average. To me. the more important question is does he fit with what wade wants to do. its my understanding, and someone currently me if im wrong, that wade likes his corners to play press man and what he calls matchup zone. so can can Tru excel in this scheme? if so, perhaps hes worth the investment. if not then no. this is the hangup imo.
