Tell me who is not a hack and then tell me where he/she ranked Prescott.
Who on this board had Prescott as the 3rd best QB in last years draft? What I have seen is glib so-called draft experts say no one had Prescott ranked high. Those guys are all over Twitter and on message boards.
Evaluating these kids is not an exact science. If it was the hit rate in the first round would be a lot higher than it is with all the money, resources, and time spent.
