Exactly my thought. Focus on what the player CAN do and deploy him to do it in advantageous situations. Whether it's Njoku or Engram either one could be a really nice piece for the offense.

I'm remembering when Martz came to the Rams in 1999 and he made a statement along the lines of "why get 3 (yards) when you can get 30?"
