Re: Excellent Interview - his description of "his" players eliminates Josh Gordon types

yes
extensive

thought his remarks on how frustrating the offseason CBA makes the process of getting up and running, but revealing in the discussions of how they "group approach" the handling of their QB room. Wanting to have a united front and being on message. Just a guess, but I get a sense that Olson, and the QB coach are personalities, and will be energizing, but not always of the same language as coach

the comments on Todd Gurley are a bit revealing. he pointed to the footwork and movement; but no matter how you slice it......it was a bad year. Sean ends up pointing back to the rookie and essentially saying that they expect that that's the player they have, and Todd will return to being one of the better in the NFL
the coach is already very versed in avoiding over commenting on aspects of player evaluations. add the opening remarks on Higbee. they're still seeing how he fits.....ha no kidding !!
