Excellent Interview - his description of "his" players eliminates Josh Gordon types

What a great read. His enthusiasm and love of the game are palpable. Hard to envision someone like him not figuring out a way to win.

He mentions the following about his type of players: "you want players that are coachable, that are dependable, that are accountable, they’re great teammates."

That dependability and accountability would seem to eliminate the Johnny Football and Josh Gordon types.
