Here is what I said awhile ago...
"But in the games I watched, especially against better competition (South Carolina & Virginia Tech) his team was down quickly and playing most of the game against essentially prevent type defenses catching short passes that did little to get his team back into the game. Basically taking only what the the defense gave him. The WR that made chunk plays in these games and broke deep even vs defenses defending against it was #81(Jimmy Williams?). Jones does have OUTSTANDING hands, and a very good feel vs zone but saw basically no separation vs man coverage. It's not like I hate him, I just think the second round talk after the Senior Bowl is at least two rounds too high for me based on what I saw in games."
I'd still say he is in my Top 120 tier (after Top 60) but his testing numbers did impress so I'd say top of that tier with Kupp. Both ate up short and intermediate because of their offensive systems and the zones most college defenses are forced to play against it.
