The Patriots did.
Put him on the Packers last year and they are lucky to be 500.
Lets not forget the 3-0 start last year without Brady - games that the Patriots won easily.
Would have been 4-0 if not having to go to the 3rd string guy.
Also went 10-6 a year without Brady when he was injured with a backup QB that couldn't hold a starting spot when he was given it elsewhere.
I take Dan Marino over John Elway as well. Elway didn't win anything until he had a superbowl supporting cast. It was at the end of his career when he wasn't as good of a player.
Look at Manning. He was a great player and didn't win the superbowl. Than he was an average player his last year and won a superbowl because of the team around him.
While superbowls and winning are a factor, what you should try to do is see what the team does with and without the player and the Patriots do great with or without Brady. Given that, Having him ranked #2 all time behind Rodgers is still a good endorsement don't you think.
If they gave out Lambardi trophy for stats, he'd have a shot at #1, but they don't ...they give them out for winning.
Brady has took his team to SEVEN Super Bowls and won 5 of them. 11 AFC Championship games, won 7 of them...
Rodgers has one Super Bowl win, 4 NFC Championship games and won one of them....
If the list was most physically gifted QB's of all time, then Rodgers could be debated as number one, but being the "Greatest" is so much more then throwing a pretty ball and putting up stats
This is about the Greatest QB of all time.....This is not even a debate. Not even close.
You are in a very small minority if you think Rodgers is the greatest QB of all time.
