This is the part we're not sure about. It may be that since Snead has the most experience, he has the final say.
I haven't seen any reports one way or the other.
He doesn't have experience coaching in McVay's system. He doesn't know what kind of player the coach wants or needs, not that way.
Nothing I have seen has turned Snead into a Polian, who basically leads the way and the coach in effect works for him.
He's still more like a Schneider, though a more senior version.
