Looks like again it's consensus formed in the pre-draft rankings. They draw up a ranked board with coaches as well as Snead having considerable input.

Then at draft time they follow the board.

I would imagine that if there's 2-3 choices according to the board at a given pick, Snead defers to McVay.

So in this sense it's really no different from before.
