I'm not sure what you're trying to figure out Les. I know that the whole industry considers the 1999 Pacific card as Warner's NFL rookie so there isn't really any debate there for me. Believe me, if the Roox card was considered the rookie card, there wouldn't be any doubt about it from collectors. They are always looking for the true rookie and back in 1999 when Warner was getting hot, there was a scramble to get his rookie card. The Pacific was it back then and continues to this day.

His true rookie card, the Taco John's, is the more valuable one by far. It's considered his professional rookie and is a lot more rare. Again, I've never seen any argument about it so I'm not sure what is in doubt for you.

The Barnstormer card came out first, the Pacific was the first NFL card.

Whether or not the Pacific and/or Roox cards have his 1998 stats on the back doesn't affect when each card came out and for whatever it's worth, the Pacific was the first to produce a Kurt Warner NFL card.
