its just that he is a 4-3 OLB, and not a 3-4 edge rusher. He has played with his hand in the dirt and standing up and has been effective both ways. I have also seen him drop into man coverage, so making the transition to 4-3 OLB should be no problem. His numbers are insane, and someone is going to get a good football player, it just won't be the Rams.
