I think Demoff won't undermine McVay and that's very important. I do think he undermined Fisher, but Fisher was the main culprit there.
You can bet Demoff and Snead had many frustrating conversations about Fisher while Fisher was still employed by the Rams. Let`s not blame Fisher for anything, as Demoff and Kroenke negotiated that contract with Demoff`s dad and Big Daddy got the better of his son and the billionaire owner. Demoff and Kroenke took the complete opposite approach this time around with McVay.
Now there will be more overall control by Demoff and in turn he will give more control to Snead.
McVay is a young kid that is just as happy as a pig in @#$%& to get the job. Demoff and Snead wont get much of any resistance from him probably ever. Maybe somehow this 3 way collaborative effort between Demoff/Snead/McVay will work much better than the 3 way collaborative effort between Demoff/Snead/Fisher. They certainly wont be blessed with the luck of getting all those draft picks like they did with Fisher. I sure hope they have better luck and hit free agency more aggressively.
