Not saying this is bad hire, I don't know but this guy's comments, Demoff, is just wearing thin
Anyone with just an ounce of emotional intelligence can tell he is a B.S.`er and IMO not a very good one. I don't bother watching his interviews anymore, waste of time.
He may be a great dude in his personal life, but I`m definitely not a fan of him running the Los Angeles Rams. I have no confidence in him at all running the show and being in control.
That being said, this all falls on Kroenke if/when they fail. He decided to build his team with Demoff running the show. With his money, he had many other options.
We have no choice but to look at any positives and hope McVay can turn things around. How will Les Snead be in his first real GM job? Lots of question marks going forward with staff, personnel, management, ownership, etc. Hope for the best but I`m certainly prepared for the worst.
