If the Rams are not the first to hire ... and the guy they wanted (this assumes they even know who and what they want) goes first ... they will go into panic mode. I hope Elway hires Vance real quickly. If that doesn't happen ... I think Elway has his sights on Shanny and will get him unless Kyle doesn't want to be in the shadows of his Dad in Denver.
At this point, I think the leading candidates for the Rams job are Shanny, McD, McVay, and Patricia. Just a hunch it will be one of these 4. Who knows.
