If I were GW's agent, there are 3 teams that I would advise that he not even consider.

Browns
Bills
Niners

All 3 owners are squirrelly. And are extremely unlikely to change anytime soon.

Precious little chance for long term success for coaches or FA's with any of those organizations.

......and the Ram organization has such a sterling reputation.
