Bills
Niners
All 3 owners are squirrelly. And are extremely unlikely to change anytime soon.
Precious little chance for long term success for coaches or FA's with any of those organizations.
Draft picks have little choice, unfortunately. Unless they are an Elway or Eli Manning type of perceived talent AND are willing to go all the way with a public refusal to sign.
