I Snead Help with a Couple of Questions:

Could someone please answer these questions (with definitive proof either way) that...

1. The majority of bad draft picks and FA's came from Fisher (and his coaches) and not Snead?
2. Snead is on record for actually recommending players that weren't chosen but went on to be good NFL players?

This is what I'd really like to know in order to judge Snead fairly. Do we really know???
