you seem to want to take a kill em all and let god sort it out approach which is highly unproductive. I am CERTAIN that not every ram executive, coach and player is an absolute failure despite the record this year. Id rather rather looka t things objectively and judge people for the things they do. I dont know KD nor the breadth of his responsibilities to accurately judge his overall performance. However, i know he does at least 3 things. 1) He was the point man for the move to LA in which he succeeded where many others have failed over the last 20 years. i know st louis people dont want to hear that but its true. 2) I know he manages the salary cap and to my knowledge we are in excellent shape. 3) I know he is responsible for community outreach and while in not in la or st louis, its my understanding that the rams have been very active in that area. Finally, if you read around about KD he is pretty highly regarded in nfl circles.
Will KD succeed with turning the rams around? I hope so, but I dont know more than anyone else. But I dont think KD should be held responsible for Fishers record. He should be responsible for what he does. If he fails in this next hire, then I think you have a stronger point. But jeez, dont throw the baby out with the bath water.

Our team has stunk for as long as Demoff has been here. Over 8 years now. That should be all we need to say he's not good with football decisions. Looking for excuses why they have stunk as not connected to him is not facing reality.
Kroenke has a lot on his plate. He owns a lot of stuff and is trying to build a city to play in. He put Demoff in charge. Demoff keeps his job because Stan likes him and trusts him and doesn't want to get hands-on with the team.
All Demoff has is the Rams, and they have stunk.
Well, Fisher is gone now, and the media will be all over Demoff if/when they screw this up (again).
All we can hope for is that they get some pure dumb luck.
Keep in mind, these are the same guys who gave Tavon a ton of money and let JJ and McCloud walk. It wasn't all on Fisher.
