Demoff needs to hire Casserly or Wolf or someone to consult on the coaching search. Maybe he has. Or hire several consultants and get a range of analysis. This organization has gotten it wrong over and over for so long, there is no reason to believe they will get it right this time.
Kroenke/Demoff have hired exactly ONE head coach...and at the time he was the most sought after candidate. There were very few if any on here complaining about that hire and most (including me) were celebrating it. I'm 100% sure they have consulted many of people who know a crap ton more then anybody on this board about football.
Casserly? Have you seen this guy in NFL Network lately? He is the class clown of that show to say the least....you should have seen him yesterday, he couldn't even figure out his mic.
