IMHO in a surprise move for many on this board I would additionally resign both Quick and Britt to one year contracts.
Given our many holes and limited draft choices we will not be able to fill all of them in one offseason.

Quick and Britt have played well (Britt) to okay (Quick) given the circumstances.
Goff in additon to a better o-line needs stability around him. He already knows Britt and Quick and with some better protection and experience in year 2 I can see both WRs working to our advantage here.

A WR unit comprised of Britt, Quick , Cooper, Spruce , Thomas should be okay for 2017. Maybe aided by a free agent signing.

I would keep GR around so the new coaching staff can have a look at him and decide wether he is a totally lost case or if he can be to some value after all.

Sign two veteran o-linemen at all cost. With this team it all starts there. improving this unit will go a long way in developing Goff and getting Gurley back on track.
