I am leaning towards the younger well groomed coordinator to HC or College HC with a proven resume and there are more than 2 of them out there.
I feel for the long term and for building it up to last could work out with a young team.
On the other hand there are several veterans and former SB contending HC available that could be the answer. I lean offensively especially for Coordinators but I see more variety that I would consider again as former HC.
I want the coach that wants the challenge and the job and has a great plan and staff.
