A coach that will say "HELL NO!" to the likes of Hard Knocks...goofing around on scooters etc etc. A HC who will not give 185 chances to CRAP O linemen. A HC who does NOT think that it's just fine to score less than 14 points a game. After what we have seen recently, improvement should not be that hard.
I just wish I had a LOT more faith in Rams "Management" to get it right.
