I am with you on this one MamaRam........If we can check off all of your boxes, then we should have a very good HC for our Rams.
I'm curious to see what Sean McVay (Wash OC) and Harold Goodwin (Ariz. OC) have to bring to the table. From what I have been reading, this McVay guy is a Gruden deciple. He's only 30 yrs old, but people are talking the guy up a lot.
Goodwin, is an OLineman, in the mold of Art Shell with a sprinkling of Tomlin in him.
