Well I am going to cheat here, but these are my top three candidates. HC experience or kind of.............
McDaniels - has HC experience, failed initially, but I feel he learned a great deal from it. Great example in NE
Shanahan - no HC experience, but he has his father as a great reference(experience)
Payton - looking more like a longshot, obvious HC experience

So, I prefer HC experience of some sort or a close equivalent
