We weren't talking about the merits of the Rams "front office" rather scouting which is what Bouds was doing.
Everybody knows assistants (position coaches) workout players and are apart of the evaluation process, that is/was not the point.
The point again was whether or not the Rams were influenced by Bouds evaluation...THEY WERE!
But its not uncommon, "good front offices" miss on highly drafted players all the time.
Often times from recommendations by position coaches, college coaches , outside evaluators, etc.
